    • Commercial: fire engineering input, acoustic performance, energy modelling, accessibility compliance

  • Stages 5-7

    Compliance continues through construction and sign-off.
    We support Building Control queries, review site changes, and ensure the completed building meets regulatory requirements.

    • Domestic: inspections, completion certificates, lender and insurer requirements

    • Commercial: staged approvals, as-built compliance, handover documentation
