Design and delivery of a residential side extension measuring 6.9m by 10.5m, carefully composed to optimise both spatial efficiency and structural performance. The scheme placed strong emphasis on structural engineering, incorporating detailed calculations and the integration of eight bespoke steel beams to support the new configuration. A key aspect of the project was the seamless expansion of the internal layout, forming a cohesive and functional living and accommodation area.
