This project involved a 5-metre double-storey extension that unified two previously separate houses into a single cohesive home. The merger introduced significant structural challenges, requiring careful engineering to integrate differing load paths and existing frameworks. Our team developed the structural design alongside a considered spatial plan to ensure flow, functionality, and stability throughout. We also shaped the interior design, aligning materials and layouts to create a seamless and contemporary living environment.
