This project delivered a grand double-storey extension measuring 3m x 12m, significantly increasing the home’s overall capacity and functionality. The proposal created three additional bedrooms at first-floor level, along with a further three bedrooms within the newly formed loft space. The scheme also incorporated a new garage, enhancing both practicality and value. The design focused on maximising internal space while maintaining a cohesive relationship with the existing property.
